Product Order
Your total cost for purchase of products typically includes shipping charges and are shown on your Bernard’s Store for Men invoice. Those fees are paid for services provided by and to the original carrier and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund. Additionally, all orders shipped within Alabama will be charged state sales tax.
Processing Time and Order status
You can expect your order to be processed within 24 business hours. However, orders are not typically processed on weekends and holidays and we cannot guarantee same day-shipping. BernardsStoreForMen.com gladly informs you by email when your order ships and will include your tracking information in this correspondence. USA Shipping Policy
We ship across the 48 contiguous United States but do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally. When your order is placed before 3:00 pm Central Time (CT) Monday-Friday your order will be processed the same day.

Physical Damage Policy
We carefully process and pack your order; however, accidents do at times happen during shipping so please notify us upon receipt if there has been a problem during shipment. However, physical damage done to any product purchased at BernardsStoreForMen.com after it has been received by customer will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.
Backorders
BernardsStoreForMen.com does not sell backordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts. In that instance, we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. In this unlikely event we will notify you by email or phone to alert you of the situation.
Refund Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 7 days from the original invoice date for a refund minus shipping. A restocking fee may apply (see Restocking Fee for details). Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Customers must inform BernardsStoreForMen.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may understand and resolve your concern quickly. All refunds are administered using the same form of payment that was used for the purchase. For example, if a debit card was used, your debit card would be credited with the refund. Please note that some banks can take 2-7 days to apply a refund to your balance. This delay is out of our control. To request a refund, please see our Product Return Procedure.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for refund if the product arrived as ordered and in good condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 14 days of purchase.
Product Return Procedure
To return a product to BernardsStoreForMen.com you must call to obtain authorization (205-384-6421). Your satisfaction is of the utmost concern but we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Once issued, authorization is valid for 14 days within which return products must be received by BernardsStoreForMen.com. Authorization will not be extended or reissued. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to BernardsStoreForMen.com. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all return shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, BernardsStoreForMen.com Return Procedure will be breached and at our discretion can reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
